In 2025, on 13th March, the Turkish Capital Markets Board published two communiqués introducing new rules on the types of activities that can be undertaken by CASPs with an appropriate license from the CMB. For the second time, Stuart welcomes Muhsin Keskin, Partner and Head of Banking & Finance and Capital Markets at Esin Attorney.

He represents international and Turkish banks, corporates and private equity funds in their transactions in Turkey and has advised numerous banks and financial institutions on several of Turkey’s most technically challenging deals in recent years. Bio Host: Stuart has a wealth of leadership experience in scaling highly complex fintech business models.
