Zurich/Switzerland – Wyden, the leader in institutional digital asset trading technology, today announced a series of executive appointments that strengthen the company’s Product, Technology and Operations leadership as it scales its platform to meet growing institutional demand.

Jérôme Kehrli Joins Wyden as Chief Technology Officer

\n

Wyden has appointed Jérôme Kehrli as Chief Technology Officer. Jérôme brings nearly 25 years of software engineering and technology leadership experience within the financial services industry and the tech sectors, including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Crédit Agricole, and most recently as CTO and Group Chief Innovation Officer at NetGuardians (now Vyntra), a Swiss AI-driven fintech serving the banking sector.

He will lead Wyden’s Technology organisation and drive the continued development of the Wyden Infinity platform. Rémy Schimmel Maillet-Contoz, CEO of Wyden, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Jérôme to Wyden. My focus will be on ensuring the platform and the engineering organization scale in step with that client demand.”

Bartosz Wójcik Transitions to Head of Architecture

Bartosz Wójcik, who has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2019 and has been instrumental in building the engineering foundation that underpins Wyden’s platform today, will transition to the role Head of Architecture, where he will focus on long-term platform development and technical strategy. His expertise and institutional knowledge will continue to be a valuable asset to the firm.

Renato Cricca Appointed Head of Product

\n

Wyden has appointed Renato Cricca as Head of Product. Renato brings deep expertise at the intersection of digital assets and institutional financial infrastructure, having previously served as Product Head for Crypto Custody at SIX Digital Exchange and in a digital asset product role at Falcon Private Bank.

Together with Nicolas Le Mercier, who joined the company as Head of Customer Success in November 2025, Wyden’s expanding technology leadership and enhanced organisation reinforce the company’s commitment to platform depth and product excellence – delivering its mission to serve regulated financial institutions.

These appointments come as Wyden continues to grow its client base, with banks and brokers across Europe and beyond relying on Wyden’s end-to-end digital asset trading and orchestration technology.
